A single self centering vise performs both roughing and finishing

Roughing is possible with serrated jaws of self centering vise with a step height of 2.5 mm and a clamping force of 25 kn at a clamping torque of 100 N.m. The serrations can be effectively embedded in the workpiece to improve the stability of clamping.

Finishing is carried out by means of a flat surface with jaws. The vise clamps the workpiece to the center position to ensure that the position of the product is not affected by the external dimensions.
